Richard is THE most laid-back, calm, relaxed, knowledgeable human being and is a fantastic sound engineer. He knows his craft inside out and takes control at a venue when it comes to the technical set up of the event. Absolutely nothing phases him and he can be relied upon to ensure everything techy is dealt with at the site. He also works extremely well with other technical teams where we have to link up and adapt what we provide to their technical specifications and the clients expectations. As a team, the whole band works well together to ensure that everything comes together for the client so that we all create a great show and experience for all concerned.
