Sarah is the female vocalist for The Name Is Band – Bond Tribute Band. Growing up in a musical family, many nights were spent both listening and dancing to her Dad’s function and party band. Sarah started at just 6 weeks old going to events with her Mum and learning how to dance. Sarah caught the music bug, playing keyboards and gigging with her Dad from the tender age of 14 and has been performing in live function bands every since.
Sarah sings everything from Jazz to Jive, Latin to Old Time, Pop to Rock n Roll, Soul to Funk and has the ability to change musical styles as needed which comes in handy singing the different Bond songs in the Bond themed sets. So many Divas to follow! Sarah loves being part of such a fabulous James Bond Tribute band and being part of such a great team of musicians. You can’t beat a live band for atmosphere at an event.
As a big Bond fan herself, Sarah organised a Bond themed charity event in 2007 and realised that the UK was missing a totally LIVE, authentic sounding, professional and fun Bond Tribute Band. So she started one herself! The Name Is Band…Bond Tribute Band was created. This is a 10-piece James Bond Tribute Band who perform totally live at every event and give a professional and polished performance every time.
