The Bond Tribute Band “Shaken Not Stirred” was flown out to Lake Como in July this year for a clients wedding.  The night before the wedding was a James Bond/Star Wars themed event and there were some pretty amazing fancy dress outfits arriving!

The Bond Tribute Band played and sang some laid back jazz standards for just under an hour as the guests arrived for a drinks reception, followed by a one hour James Bond themed set with all the classic James Bond themed songs and ended with over an hour of worth of non-stop party covers.  It was an incredible night and everyone had an amazing time.

The venue was beautifully decorated with lights and candles and some stunning floral displays.  The back-drop of Lake Como was breathtakingly gorgeous and it was certainly a weekend to remember.

The Bond Tribute Band stayed for two nights, enjoyed a James Bond style speedboat ride, tasted the authentic shaken not stirred martinis (which incidently nearly blew our heads off), swam in Lake Como, met some fabulous people and thoroughly enjoyed playing for an awesome crowd!

Sarah comes from a musical family and spent her formative years as a dance partner to her mum whilst following her Dad’s band around the country.  With the music bug Sarah started gigging at the age of 14 playing keyboards and singing in a duo with her Dad in various clubs, pubs and dance halls. Realising a gap in the market for a high quality James Bond tribute band Sarah started Shaken Not Stirred with the aim of providing an authentic and live performance of some of the greatest music from films.

Justin started playing at the age of 11.  He enjoys playing music of all styles and is a freelance musician often found in many Big Bands, Theatre pits, Brass Bands, Function bands and orchestras.  Shaken not Stirred offers a real challenge and is something completely different to anything else. Justin’s career highlight iso far is performing with Tony Hadley from Spandau Ballet at a charity gig in London in 2010.
